OTS Hosted Websites Policy

1. Space limit for all web sites is 200MB.
2. Additional user access to website must be formally requested.
3. All academic and departmental web sites must abide by the standards set forth by the Integrated Marketing Communications Guide.
4. Web site registration and accreditation are the sole responsibility of the sponsor and web liaison

Failure to comply with any of the guidelines or conditions of this policy will result with the web site being disabled following a one-time notice to the sponsor/faculty advisor.
